劉潔玉（Liu Jieyu）是倫敦大學亞非學院（SOAS University of London）社會學與中國研究教授。她著有《城市中國的性別與工作：不幸世代的女工》（Gender and Work in Urban China: Women Workers of the Unlucky Generation）、《職場紅顏：中國企業中的性別、性與權力》（Beauties at Work: Gender, Sexuality and Power in Chinese Companies），並擔任《中國季刊》（The China Quarterly）的共同編輯。
