To keep the villagers safe, enthusiastic bear representative made a lot of signs and set rules. He even made signs hanging onballoons in the sky for bird villagers. However, things got worse! No one could move!
Why? How can this be solved?
The author uses colored pencils to create a colorful and bright world of innocence and a small town of a bear representativeand animal villagers is showed vividly in front of us. The ground of the village is formed by Majolica Tile style drawings whichhas made the illustrations more colorful. The traffic signs and animals are hidden in these tiles. Can you find them?

Shih Cheng-ting (施政廷) was born in 1960. He loves reading and drawing and his job is drawing illustrations and creating picture books. He has worked at home for almost 30 years which allows him to have the freedom of creativity. He likes to try different topics and uses different materials and techniques in his works. He has published several picture books and some of his illustrations, and has also held exhibitions. He won the Hsin-Yi Children Literature Award and his name has also appeared in the selected illustrator list of Bologna Illustrators Exhibition and Nami Island International Picture Book Illustration Concours.
