作者介紹
Lin Lian-En (林廉恩) works primarily with mixed-media collage, acrylic paint, and water-soluble crayons, while continuing to explore new artistic media. She enjoys depicting cities, landscapes, and plants, and her work is largely inspired by her immediate feelings and personal experiences.
Her honors include the 2014 American 3×3 Contemporary Illustration Award; selection for the Bologna Children's Book Fair Illustrators Exhibition in 2015, 2018, and 2022; the 2021 Bologna Ragazzi Award in the Fiction category; and Taiwan’s 2021 Golden Tripod Award. Her picture books include Hurry! Hurry!, HOME, Notes on Motherhood, and A Tree Falls in a Forest.
