作者介紹

潔西卡•伊斯投(Jessica Easto)畢業於田納西大學新聞系,另外擁有南伊利諾大學創意寫作碩士學位。她的文章曾刊於《芝加哥論壇報》(The Chicago Tribune)等媒體。潔西卡•伊斯投投入手沖精品咖啡長達8年。

Jessica Easto received a degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee and an MFA in creative writing from Southern Illinois University. She works as a book editor. Her writing has appeared in the Chicago Tribune, Gapers Block, and more. She has been brewing craftcoffee at home for more than eight years.

安德列•威爾弗(Andreas Willhoff)曾參加美國精品咖啡協會咖啡大賽(SCAA Brewer’s Cup),此外常代表Halfwit Coffee Roasters咖啡館參加各式咖啡展,包括美國精品咖啡協會展(annual Specialty Coffee Association of America Expo)、西雅圖咖啡節(Coffee Fest)、芝加哥咖啡博覽會(CoffeeCon Chicago)。

Andreas Willhoff is the director of education at Halfwit Coffee Roasters and the director of operations at The Wormhole, a Chicago coffee shop that has been recognized by Food and Wine, Sprudge.com, Fresh Cup, and CNN.com, among other places. He has competed at the SCAA Brewer’s Cup and often represents Halfwit at trade events, such as the annual Specialty Coffee Association of America Expo, Coffee Fest, and CoffeeCon Chicago.
